This very functional studio, located in a private residence with swimming pool at Grau du Roi, close to the beach and not far from the city center on foot, is composed of:
• In the entrance: a bunk bed with two 90cm beds and storage
• A separate toilet
• A bathroom with sink, shower and blower
• A living room consisting of a dining area, a lounge area with a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 beds and an open kitchenette.

A terrace overlooking the residence swimming pool.
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel.
