Modern and intimate studio apartment for 2 people on the Navigli, on the second floor (with lift) of a completely renovated “casa di ringhiera”, a typical Milanese building from the 19th century. The apartment consists of a large single room with kitchen and sleeping area with double bed, plus a bathroom with window and shower. The building overlooks the Naviglio, an area full of bars, restaurants and always lively, but at the same time it is in an intimate and silent context because it overlooks the internal courtyards. High speed iInternet, washing machine, dishwasher are among the amenities available to guests.
This welcoming and modern studio apartment consists of a single room made bright by two windows that guarantee double exposure onto the internal courtyards of the building. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a peninsula table with 3 chairs. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a bookcase, a desk for working comfortably from home, and a TV. The corridor, furnished with a with two-door wardrobe, leads to the bathroom with window, with bathroom fixtures, shower cubicle and washing machine.
To access the apartment you enter the internal courtyard and take staircase B.
The apartment is located in Ripa di Porta Ticinese, along the Naviglio: one of the most fascinating streets in Milan, the heart of nightlife,with outdoor areas of bars, restaurants, pizzerias are one beside the other. This area is lively especially during aperitif time and is a very ancient area: it is still possible to admire the typical “case di ringhiera” overlooking the canal.
The house is 500 meters from the underground stop (Porta Genova - M2, with direct connections to Cadorna, Centrale, Garibaldi stations) - 400 meters away is the tram stop number 3, which reaches the Duomo (approximately 15 minutes).
The street is pedestrian and is located within a restricted traffic area for cars. The nearest gate is in Via Gorizia, about 100 meters away.
