This typical detached house is nestled in a hamlet of a few houses on an unfenced 2000m2 garden.
It has, on the ground floor, a lounge area (sofa, TV), a separate kitchen with a dining area (small dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The bedrooms are upstairs: 2 beds of 160 and 2 beds of 90. In fine weather, you can enjoy the private swimming pool (open from June to September 19, size 12X5m, depth of 1.20m to 1.75m, entrance by steps, secured by an alarm, unheated). Sunbathing around the pool, garden furniture and barbecue next to the house. Private parking on site (no possibility of recharging electric vehicles - terminals located in Sarlat and Montignac). Sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay are included in this rental. You can choose to relax by the private swimming pool or go on a visit to the heart of the Vézère Valley, the cradle of Prehistory.
You will be ideally located to discover the richness of the Périgord heritage, just a 12-minute drive from the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art and 23 km from the medieval town of Sarlat.
A wide choice of sites will be available to you: caves (Grand Roc, Rouffignac...), castles (Losse, Commarque, Puymartin...), troglodyte dwellings (Maison Forte de Reignac, Roque Saint-Christophe, village of La Madeleine...), gardens (of the imagination, Eyrignac...); but you will also have the possibility of practicing many activities: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, swimming (Tamniès pond), horse riding...
