The 34m² apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful historic building. There is no elevator.
This well-designed and nicely decorated duplex offers you a kitchen and dining area, opening onto a beautiful living room and a bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find an office space as well as the sleeping area with a double bed.
The building is quiet, just like the apartment. Rest guaranteed !
You can go to the apartment quietly from 4 p.m. using the secure key box.
## The neighborhood
Right within your street: cafes, restaurants, markets 3 times a week, and all possible walks in the pedestrian center.
The apartment is located in the very heart of the old town, with a lovely view of the roofs of Annecy. You can quickly get to the lakefront and the Gardens of Europe, located just a few minutes' walk away. The old town and its pretty canals are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
## Access
If you arrive by car, we recommend that you park in the Town Hall car park and get a pass there for a few days.
Annecy train station is located a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and the closest bus stop is "Hôtel de ville".
Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport is 1 hour 20 minutes away by car. That of Geneva at 50 minutes, that of Grenoble at 1h20 and that of Chambéry at 40 minutes.
