On one side of the apartment is the castle and the main shopping street of Annecy, on the other side is the old prisons and a quiet river. A fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto a large dining room. In the extension of the dining room is the living room with two sofas. This room is comfortable and friendly. There is a small piece of balcony which will allow you to enjoy the sun!
There are two beautiful bedrooms on the floor: a large double bed in the with a fireplace heater; and three single beds in the second. This layout is ideal for large families and groups of friends (be careful, attic rooms !).
The entrance hall of the apartment will allow you to store many things. From the hallway, you can take the spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms or access the large bathroom. Summer or winter, come and enjoy the sauna !
