Located in a quality location on the Grande Motte sector, this studio apartment is located in a secure and quiet residence named "Marin'Land", a favorite for lovers of the sea.. A warm and serene atmosphere, a neat decoration and quality equipment.. Beautiful walks to do starting on foot from the residence: stroll, join the heart of the city,..... a multitude of things to do close to housing..
The apartment "Les Dauphins" consists of a beautiful bright living room with semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped and has all the necessary equipment to concoct good dishes. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc ... A high table for 3 people for your meals at your disposal.. Sofa bed and extra bed for a third person.
Enjoy the quiet and rest in this unique place.. Plus: A private parking space is available..
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
