The entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a traditional oven, a two-burner induction hob, an extractor hood and a Philips "L'Or" coffee machine. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The dining area, separated from the kitchen by a glass partition, is followed by a living room with television and plenty of storage space. An alcove houses a double bed (160 cm) with high-quality bedding. Note that this sleeping area is not separated by a wall from the living room. The loggia (less than 2m²), equipped with furniture, offers a partial view of the Arcachon basin. The apartment was completely renovated in July 2024, with a modern, refined and elegant decoration.
Its location is ideal: the beach is just opposite, a Carrefour Market is 250 meters away and the municipal market is a 15-minute walk away. A designated parking space is at your disposal. Pets are not allowed. Household linen (sheets and bath towels) is provided. Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership) and departure cleaning is included, subject to regular maintenance during the stay.
