Villa Pianiccia is a superb, fully-equipped waterfront property set between the superb beaches of Canella and Favone. It's the ideal base for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Take advantage of its exceptional location, its superb garden planted with trees and flowers, fully fenced, secured by digicode, intercom and automatic gate, and opening onto a private beach accessible via a gate.
To the south, 1.9 km away, you will find Favone with its sandy beach and small shops: grocery shop (bread/croissant shop), beach goods, restaurants.
There are also plenty of sporting activities in the area.
Sports activities: pedalos, sea kayaking, sailing school, diving club, jet boat hire,
boat hire (motor, sail) with or without skipper, tennis, horse riding, climbing, canyoning, etc.
Only 7km away, the village of Solenzara: all shops, entertainment in season with a pedestrianised street...
A 30-minute drive away is the "Aiguilles de Bavella" mountain range (Alt. 1300 m): mountain and forest walks, river swimming (natural pools).
