Kitchen area: dishwasher, oven, hob, espresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge
Bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Separate toilets

Upstairs with spiral staircase:
2 adjoining bedrooms under the slope separated by a sliding door
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 cm) with desk area
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (2x80 cm) and a single bed convertible into an extra double bed if necessary
