If you wish to enjoy nautical activities, the Port of Nice is only 12 minutes away by bike. For a bit of cultural activities, the Masséna Museum will be just a 5-min walk away and the Fine Arts Museum of Nice, with its park and typical Nice architecture, at 10 min by public transport.
