Our high standard apartment with an area of 65 m2 is located Rue Jean-François Gerbillon, on the ground floor (easy access) of a very beautiful Haussmanian building. Completely tastefully renovated, the apartment benefits from an exceptional location in the heart of the very chic 6th arrondissement of Paris. The Ste-Placide, Rennes and Sèvres-Babylone metro stations are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The fabulous Luxembourg Gardens is 10 minutes away! Numerous shops and cultural centers of interest in the neighborhood.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen: large sink, fridge-freezer, 5-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, steam oven, washing machine and dryer... The kitchen is open to a very pleasant living room with a lounge area to relax in front of the television (free access to the TNT Free, Canal+ and Canal+ Sport bouquet).
For your comfort, all rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning for those beautiful summer days.
The sleeping area consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and storage space.
- a second bedroom with a sofa bed, air conditioning and storage space.
The rooms overlook the courtyard and are absolutely quiet.
The apartment includes two bathrooms with walk-in showers, vanity unit. 2 WCs including 1 separate Japanese WC.
To park nearby, a paid car park is located less than 3 minutes' walk from the apartment (Q-Park Saint-Placide - Sèvres - rue de Rennes). Thanks to its location, you will benefit from all the comfort necessary for a great stay in Paris! Many restaurants and shops (Le Bon Marché) are close to the apartment.
In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available to you upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
