Located near Place Massena and less than 5 minutes walk from the old town, charming apartment which was renovated in 2018. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with elevator and is located in the city center close to all amenities and the tram.

When you leave the building, a block south you will be on the "Coulée verte", then a few more meters and you will be in the old town.
The apartment is quite spacious and bright with its large south-facing windows.
