Welcome to this 47m2 cross-through apartment, located in a quiet residence just steps away from the beach. Upon entering, you'll find a corridor leading to a bedroom air-conditioned with comfortable bedding and a 160cm bed. The bedroom has a balcony with a mountain view. There are separate adjoining toilets for added convenience. The bathroom features a bathtub, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring.
The equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with its amenities, including a cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room is very bright thanks to its 11m2 balcony. It consists of a seating area with a convertible sofa, accommodating two additional guests, and a dining area with a round table for meals. You can also enjoy your meals on the balcony, equipped with a dining area and a lounge corner.
The apartment is located 12 minutes from the city center, 300 meters on foot from Ponteil Beach. The nearest train station is 6 minutes away, and Nice Airport is a 28-minute drive.
For your convenience, the establishment provides towels and bed linen at no extra cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly dedicated to a family setting. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a warm welcome, all check-ins are by appointment between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 pm for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No arrivals are permitted after 11:00 pm, and it must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Regarding check-outs, these are also scheduled by appointment between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Early departures are possible from 6:00 am for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No departures are allowed before 6:00 am.
Arrivals will be exceptionally allowed only between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be processed on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. Failure to make this pre-authorization 24 hours before arrival constitutes a fault on your part, and we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this case.
