PYLA-SUR-MER, DOMAINE DE LA FORET: IN THE HEART OF GREENERY, CLOSE TO THE MOULLEAU DISTRICT IN ARCACHON
In the heart of the wooded area of Pyla-sur-Mer, near the Moulleau district in Arcachon, this contemporary villa of approximately 80 m² flourishes in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by greenery. It offers a wooded and enclosed garden of 950 m², as well as two welcoming terraces.
At your entrance, a corridor leads to a small bathroom. The bedroom, facing west, is equipped with two bunk beds (90 cm) and a closet. The second bedroom, facing south, offers a bed (160 cm) and a closet/wardrobe. You will also have a bathroom, separate toilet, and a separate fully equipped kitchen, with access to the north terrace. The large dining room/living room, equipped with a television and a sofa, benefits from two exposures: north and south, with access to the terraces. The two magnificent terraces, one on the south side (with an awning to protect you from the sun) and the other on the north side, overlook the garden. The latter, spacious and enclosed, allows the parking of several vehicles. The villa is very fully equipped, including a baby bed and a high chair available. You will also benefit from an Internet/WIFI connection. The location is ideal: the beaches of Moulleau are only 1.6 km away, and Arcachon city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided, but it is possible to rent it via our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Departure cleaning is included, after regular maintenance during the stay.
