Arcachon - Ville d'Automne, near the marina and the beach of Eyrac. The house has a beautiful, quiet, south-facing garden with no vis-à-vis, a terrace and a small courtyard. On the ground floor: -a living room (TV+WIFI) -an independent furnished and equipped kitchen overlooking the courtyard -a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm (bunk beds) with cupboard -a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm -a bathroom bathroom (a bath, a basin) -1 separate WC Upstairs: -a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm -a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm -a bathroom (a bath, a basin) -1 Separate WC Possibility to park several vehicles in the driveway of the house. No car in the garage but 2 bicycles available. The washing machine is in the garage. Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency, eg: 1 pack 140/160cm sheets + towels = 42€/week - 1 pack 90cm sheets + towels = 32€/week. Optional cleaning fee of €120 Discovery of the natural environment of the Bassin d'Arcachon: the ports, the parks and the oyster huts, the source of the Abatilles, the beaches of the basin and the ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla , Landes forest, lakes... Sports activities (equestrian centre, golf, water sports, cycling...) or cultural activities (Commented tour of the winter town district, workshops for children and adults at MAAT, theater , cinema, exhibitions, concerts, etc.) are rich in Arcachon. We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
