This new designer decorated apartment, located just 2 minutes walk from Praça da Batalha, is the best choice for your holidays in Porto! A group of friends or a family can be accommodated and make the most of Porto.
One of the best panoramic views in Porto - Alameda das Fontainhas - is a 5-minute walk away and you can go straight to the river in just a few minutes. Heroismo metro station is also about a 10-minute walk from the apartment door, with Jardim São Lazaro a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, supermarkets, taxis and other means of transport (Campanhã and São Bento stations are 15 minutes away by bus), are also close to the house (Praça dos Poveiros - restaurant - 10 minutes walk).

The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped with air conditioning both for cold and heat. The design and functional decoration give the apartment the feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. All linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the days such as shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. Cable TV and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge in the apartment.
A double bed and two single beds give the apartment the capacity for 4 people.

You should always give us 24 hours notice of your arrival time, so that we can provide you with a quality check in.
If you do not give 24 hours notice, you will be subject to availability of a staff member at your time of arrival.


For time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag. If you need extra cleaning or linen, please let us know , we will be happy to provide it for an additional charge.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Should our staff find any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, etc.), the matter will be reported to the relevant platform and will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
