Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants. Layout Villa Ersi is a brand new stone villa built on one level with a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Three adjacent bedrooms, each with en-suite showers, have sliding balcony doors to the private pool terraces. There is a separate Jacuzzi by the pool and for outdoor living, there is a brick built BBQ and shaded dining area as well as comfortable sunbeds on the poolside terrace. The gated property offers safe parking and an easy walk to the local sandy beaches, supermarkets, bakery, bars and tavernas of Katelios.
