This lovely holiday house is located within walking distance (1km) from the world-renowned town of Cotignac (Var, region Provence-Alpes- Côte d'Azur).
There is a fenced garden (3500m²) with many levels (called restanques), which is ideal for children to run around in, a beautiful private swimming pool (10x5m – depth: 110cm to 180cm – Roman steps) with spacious terraces. This holiday house has a delightful covered terrace with a barbecue and a beautiful panoramic view of the swimming pool and natural surroundings. It offers a lovely interior. Cotignac is known as one of the most beautiful towns in Provence.
This holiday house offers perfect tranquillity around the swimming pool, as well as a great deal of activities in this marvellous corner of Provence.
