Very nice family house, located in a quiet dead end street, close to the centers of interest, benefiting from a beautiful outdoor space with flat garden, swimming pool, vegetable garden, games for children...
The large living room, open to the outside, includes an entrance hall with a large reception closet, a warm living room with a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a master bedroom (double bed) with a shower room, a second bedroom (double bed), a shower room and an independent toilet.
On the floor: two children's bedrooms, each with a single bed (+ sofa bed in one of them), shower room and independent WC.
A small pond with fish and a turtle are located in a corner of the garden. We ask the tenants to be kind enough to feed them.
Terrace, overlooking the garden and the pool, inviting to relax with dining area, deckchairs...
Easy parking for 2 to 3 cars in the driveway of the house.
