Located in the historic center of Annecy, Rue du Paquier, 150m from Lake Annecy, Théâtre Bonlieu, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot: only 150 m separate the apartment from the Lake!
In a historic building, discover a charming apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 3 people in a large living area, 1 bathroom, separate toilet.
Attention: the apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a pedestrian street. The calm of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.
The sleeping area is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size). The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double), a TV and WiFi.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
🅿️ The nearest car parks are the City Hall car park and the Bonlieu car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay (2 car parks nearby: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu less than 200 m).
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 10pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
