Located 50m from Lake Annecy, Avenue du Petit Port, opposite the Imperial Palace, its Beach and Casino, and close to all shops.
Discover a charming apartment, completely renovated and with a balcony overlooking the Imperial gardens.
Ideal for 4 people, it consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet as well as a large living/ living room.
You will reach the Lake in less than 5 minutes on foot: only 50 m separate the apartment from the Lake!
Each room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double), and plenty of storage
Television with international channels, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
