Residence "Les As II", southern district of Lacanau, located at the top of the dune in the Pipeyrous district, close to the tennis club with a quick access to the beaches and the centre of the resort by bike paths or footpaths. House, semi-detached on one side, to accommodate four people. The main room is used as a lounge/dining room with an equipped kitchen area, it opens through a French window onto a large terrace facing south-west not overlooked. A bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a queen size bed (160cm). A study area at the bottom of the stairs leading to the mezzanine, equipped with two single beds (90cm). Shower room with Italian shower and WC are on the garden level. There is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You benefit from a numbered outdoor parking space. The beach, shops, surf schools, ice cream parlours and restaurants are 1.5 km away, the golf course is 2 km away and the lake is 6 km away (REF 01412M). BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
