This villa can accommodate 4 people thanks to the 2 bedrooms it has. the 2 sunny terraces, the heated swimming pool, the generous volumes make this villa an ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends. the villa is flexible from 4 to 8 people, 2 rooms of the villa will therefore be closed to reduce its capacity to 4 people. The ground floor is composed of: a large entrance with office area a bathroom with WC a large living dining room with a large American kitchen with air conditioning and TV in the living room a partly covered terrace with gas plancha a second terrace with heated swimming pool of 9.5 m2 and 1.40m deep. The swimming pool is secured by an immersed alarm and is heated from Easter to Toussaint.
