Beautiful studio in good standing residence "L'Emeraude du Lac" located 50 meters from the lake, 20 meters from the Bonlieu Cultural Center (shows, theatre and Animation Film Festival in June) and 600 meters from the SNCF station.

Very comfortable, bright and well equipped. Its large bay window opens onto a balcony of 12 sqm, pleasant for lunch.

The accommodation is fully equipped: refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo, TV and wifi, shower gel & shampoo.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator.

🅿️ The nearest car park is the Bonlieu car park located just in front of the apartment.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 2 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳 To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.
