Penthouse Luny is a modern duplex penthouse with fantastic views of the sea and the greenery of Selwo (Estepona, Costa del Sol, Spain).
The more than 300 m2 terraces are a true luxury and unique in the region.
Inside, everything has been renovated and modernly furnished with a spacious living and dining room. There are three lovely bedrooms thanks to the large beds with high-quality mattresses. The master bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom. The kitchen provides all necessary amenities. From the living room you immediately reach a pleasantly furnished terrace. On the Solarium is the most spacious terrace of 300m2 with covered areas and large barbecue. Here you can easily enjoy a nice dinner with the whole family and friends. The weather is beautiful almost all year round. Even in the hot summers it's a good place to stay; usually it doesn't get warmer than 32 degrees and there is a light wind which makes it very pleasant
The domain has no less than 2 communal swimming pools.
The central location offers many possibilities . There are many golf courses in the immediate vicinity (no fewer than 30 courses). The beautiful sandy beaches at Estepona are well known and wide. A walking path runs along the entire coast, from the apartment you can walk directly to Estepona (7.5 km)! Estepona has a lot to offer. It is an authentic place with many cozy restaurants, bars and a harbour. You can stroll endlessly through the streets.
You also have other beautiful sights in Estepona; the 'pueblos blancos' (like Mijas), or places like Malaga, Marbella, Ronda, Fuengirola (Feria del Rosario - early October), Gibraltar or Tarifa. So much culture to experience!
For those who can't sit still, we also have many other activities in the immediate vicinity: Selwo Adventure (safari park), Aqualand Torremolinos, Tivoliworld in Benalmadena and Costa Waterpark in Fuengirolan.
