A fantastic and exceptional holiday house, located on a peninsula on Presqu’île de Giens, close to Hyères (Provence-Var-Côte d'Azur), about 50 metres away from the beach and the sea. On the peninsula, you will find many sports activities such as surfing, kiting, water-skiing and boat rentals… A dream come true for beach and sea lovers.
The holiday house comprises a spacious private and heated swimming pool (10x4m) and a huge terrace with a unique sea-view.
The interior can be called colourful and eccentric. The Moorish accents in the living room will give you a holiday feeling. Quality materials have been used and special attention was given to detail. The interior is very comfortable. The lovely decoration and harmonious colours make this holiday house very special.
On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with air-conditioning and an adjoining luxury bathroom. An outdoor staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms on the floor above with a simple decoration. There are 3 double beds that can be separated into single beds.
