Very nice outdoor living space with a very large swimming pool, petanque corner, deckchairs, terrace with tables and chairs... enjoying a magnificent unobstructed view of greenery and sea, ideal for a family stay at 10 minutes from the beaches of Mandelieu.
The interior is comfortable. On the floor: the living room with dining area, an independent equipped kitchen, a small laundry area, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and independent toilets. On the floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and independent toilets.
House equipped with WI-FI. Shelter for one car and possibility to bring in a second small car.
Linen is included in the cleaning fee.
